I have never been able to access your website via what is printed on my invoice: www.bloomington.in.gov. The only way I get to the site is via https://bloomington.in.gov. WHY AM I ABLE TO FILE A COMPLAINT ELECTRONICALLY ABOUT YARD SIGNS BUT NOT COCKROACHES AT MOTHER BEARS????? DO YOU KNOW WHAT’S IT’S LIKE TO SEE A COCKROACH THEN POOP YOUR BRAINS OUT AFTER EATING PIZZA THEN NOT BE ABLE TO FILL OUT A FORM UNDER THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WITHOUT FIGURING OUT HOW TO FILL OUT THE FORM????
