Monroe County needs to place signage or even a street sign to locate Flatwoods Park. I was going to a birthday party and ended up on Flatwoods Road in OWEN County. Seem they could afford a street sign. It would sure help those who are not familiar with the park location help find it. Thanks Kim Vint

I am interested in completing your survey on possible alternatives to the current traffic configuration on Walnut and College but I cannot get it to load properly. I’ve tried on a couple of computers without success, and some friends have similar stories. Please consider changing the survey, maybe with smaller files and more text descriptions, so it can load more easily. Your results are going to be skewed if you don’t and you will be making decisions without feedback from people who care. Thank you.

Neither my husband nor I received notification of the water main break last night that lead to no running water for several hours. One suggestion I have: When a resident reports an issue, and that issue then gets resolved, the resident should be notified that the issue has been resolved. It can be fairly difficult to go back through pages of reports to see what the solution was for the issue. Thanks!
When will the map feature be restored to the uReports website?
During today's GIS training with Max, I checked out the MyBloomington portal and noticed that the Parks are not showing up currently. See screen capture attached.
I am currently attending the virtual City of Bloomington Board of Park Commissioners meeting via Zoom. I am disappointed by the city’s negligence to make this meeting more accessible for those with hearing barriers. Why don’t ALL virtual city meetings have closed captions and/or live signing?
The "new and improved" bill pay for city bills is a terrible user experience. It won't load on Safari, it doesn't remember users from the previous login info, and if the user logs in again it still doesn't remember the account number and that's IF you can get it to load at all. Please please please talk to tech people at the Mill. They can help. Thank you.
