I have never been able to access your website via what is printed on my invoice: www.bloomington.in.gov. The only way I get to the site is via https://bloomington.in.gov. I'm not sure if I am the only one having this issue, but I recommend investigating this issue and correcting your invoices, if necessary.

The household registration page at https://webtrac.bloomington.in.gov/wbwsc/webtrac.wsc/household.html?option=add requires that a gender be selected, but only allows two genders.
