Debris has clogged up the ditch along the street.
Debris has clogged up the ditch along the street.
Melissa Grange called me and said the ditch in front of her house was clogged with debris after the recent rain. She would like it cleared.
Flooding from the drainage creek that runs along Patterson (by Catalent). My home on Allen is 4 houses down from the creek. I've lived here since Aug 2013, and this has only been an issue since 2018/19. It's flooded to this extent 5 times in the last 3 years, never once in the 5 years prior. This timeframe roughly correlates with when infrastructure construction happened for Switchyard Park which is just a couple blocks away. When I've reported previously, I've simply been told "no blockage found." So I'm hoping for more feedback this time. I think the city needs to look into flooding mitigation in our neighborhood.
I wasn't sure what category would be best to file this in - In an alley between Fairview and Maple there is an extremely deep grate that I have seen people and cyclists (even with headlights) hurt themselves in. It would be nice if it could be made less deep in some way
Drainage channel near 10th and Fairview is clogged with debris from recent flooding events. It needs to be dug out to allow water to drain and avoid breeding mosquitoes. Location is halfway between Fairview and the path connecting Butler Park to the B line.
Customer said there is a pothole over a hole. Joe V. in streee dept. talked to Tony E. @ CBU and Tony will look into the problem.
Storm grate has been removed and needs to be put back on. Customer wants to know if grate can be put on permanently?
Please clean out storm culvert full of leaves. Contact customer Mr Leiber @ 339-4089
Clean off clogged storm drain.
called into city hall - K.Cummings, AHA inputting this issue -- John stated that he has called several times regarding this issue - there are two storm drains, one directly in front of his residence and another that is across the street that are in need of repair. John advised that the grates are too low, causing them to consistently get debris on them, causing flooding.
