The asphalt surface around storm drain inlet in front of my home (2631 S. Atlee St) has given way...fallen below surface level. There are additional cracks in the pavement and it appears the issue could get much worse. Currently someone could step in the hole and twist an ankle or worse. Photo attached. Thank you.

At the intersection of Winslow Court and Winslow road the storm ditch has a deep hole in it and is cutting under and into the road.
