On the south side of Winslow at the west side of Piccadilly there has been progressive erosion where the drain pipe goes under Piccadilly. Whenever we get a strong rain for five or ten minutes the ditch backs up on the east side of Piccadilly and does not flow freely under the road. The erosion mentioned has noticeably progressed this year and if left unabated the road will eventually be at risk of breaking at its edge. Also, be aware that the heavy rains flood the east side ditch and form a pool over the sidewalk which also spills out onto Winslow. We can see this from our home. Two of the drains in the same block of Woodlawn (between 2nd and Hunter) are blocked with leaves. I don't live there, just noticed on a recent walk.

Drainage channel near 10th and Fairview is clogged with debris from recent flooding events. It needs to be dug out to allow water to drain and avoid breeding mosquitoes. Location is halfway between Fairview and the path connecting Butler Park to the B line.

Where the Clear Creek passes under the Country Club Dr. bridge there is a large amount of tree debris which is creating a dam. This is putting additional stress on the bridge during rain events as it is physically pushing on the structure. The tree damn is also collecting large amounts of trash and the situation is worsening with every rain.

On my walk in this morning, the metal storm grate on the north-east corner of 3rd and College had completely fallen down into the drain leaving the opening unprotected. Thank you!

A large storm inlet on the east side of S Sare road is blocked with debris. This inlet is ~30ft south of the intersection of Sare and Spicewood ln and is located between the public path and a private fence. It is near where the retaining wall / green chain link fence starts. This is not a street level inlet.
