Hello. I am currently renting a duplex unit at 1701 S Buffstone Ct. Per my landlord, the city is responsible for maintaining the ditches that line E Thornton Dr. There is a lot of debris in the ditches at the moment. When it rains a lot, the ditches fill up with water, and sometimes overflow. Can you please clean up debris from the ditches that line the cul-de-sac? With renting a property, I am not eligible to purchase flood insurance, and so I would greatly appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you!

The storm sewer on Franklin Road, just as it makes a 90-degree turn, is blocked. It does not drain water very well and accumulates. There are other storm sewers near that area that also need cleared.

Sink hole at a storm drain near the street but in my yard. Water line are being redo in the street and I asked someone about the issue and he called it in about a month and a half ago and still nothing has been done. this is a dangerous hole and some can get hurt. he said it has a leaking connection and is going to continue to worsen. This intersection drainage project has been weeks ongoing. Now we are left with an absolutely horrid street. The utility cuts were filled with gravel but have rutted out to be almost impassable. This is addition to the pot holes and drains that are unfinished.

A couple of months ago the city started installing new stormwater pipes on E Saratoga Dr. The project appears to have been abandoned mid-way through. One side of the street remains dug up and very loosely covered with gravel. Construction equipment has never been moved. Is there a timeline for finishing the project and restoring the road?

The street drain on the west side of the street is full of debris which inhibits drainage

Sidewalks, drainage grates and side-paths are covered in leaves, twigs, tree debris, limbs, rocks. Some drainage grates are almost completely blocked with debris. This problem is from the roundabout West to the fly-over to Vernal Pike.

Road construction has Queens Way blocked. Construction was on the website earlier but has been removed. Construction is definitely NOT COMPLETED. Please update website with construction and new completion date.
