Please investigate extending left turn signal length from Patterson Dr to 2nd St, seems really short (only 1-3 vehicles allowed to turn)

I hope I can coherently explain this. If I don't effectively convey my complaint, please call me. I work for IU Campus Bus Service. I've noticed that the pedestrian crossing signal for peds crossing Fee Ln on the north side of 10th will stay on the "Walk" signal during the transition from 10th St having a green light to an all red (to allow peds to cross in all directions). The problem with this configuration is that a vehicle can effectively get stuck in the middle of the intersection if it was waiting to turn left/north onto Fee from Tenth, while partially in the intersection. In this situation, vehicles can either block the intersection or attempt to squeeze through pedestrians crossing on the north side of the intersection. As you can imagine with a bus, this is a dangerous dilemma.
A couple cones would be nice at the first speed hump as you're heading eastbound on Miller. All the other new speed humps have two to five cones, but the first one you hit from the west (in front of the City of Bloomington Utilities offices) has no cones so there's no warning.
I wanted to propose the addition of a pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of N Fess Ave and E 10th St. I live in Collins, and when walking between Hillcrest and the general courtyard buildings there are no immediate crosswalks in the area. The addition of white lines, particularly on the west end of this intersection (where there is already a metal grate where the sidewalk meets the road) would be very helpful for residents of Collins and would make the area safer for pedestrians trying to cross the street.
Hello, would it be possible to make the intersection of North Dr and Henderson St (and Summitview Place) a four-way stop? It's currently a two-way with Henderson traffic not stopping, and at multiple points during the day with the bus stop right at that corner cars will wait easily up to five minutes just to have enough of a break in traffic to cross (or even turn in some cases). Also, heading across on North, with the school's baseball field right at that corner and the black material put up on the fence now, it's practically a blind corner unless you creep up to the point that you're in the intersection. Going back to the bus stop, I also think it'd be much safer for pedestrians as there are many who walk their dogs around both the apartment complex (Summit Pointe) and the school's sidewalks. I've attached a photo of the intersection I'm referring to, however Maps isn't showing the baseball field for some reason. Thank you for your consideration!
The house at 621 West 6th Street has tiny no parking signs in their yard along Fairview Street. Is this an actual no parking zone? If so, these do not look like legitimate no parking signs.
Motorists speed down this section of road, often 20mph OVER the posted 25mph speed limit. Safety is a concern, for my child and for other pedestrians. A speed bump would fix this issue!
I am writing to request a 4 way stop sign at a very dangerous to pedestrians and drivers crossstreets on picture attached. Although there is a yield for one side of incoming traffic, I oftentimes find myself having to hit the breaks at a quick turn here onto incoming traffic, even if you have the right of way. I live in this neighborhood and drive under this bridge/on the curb every day, several times a day. It’s a safety issue that I’m surprised hasn’t been looked into. I’m happy to do anything else to push forward an evaluation and get some stop signs placed here. Thank you! Ruth Vaca
Clearly line the double left hand turn lanes for the transition from southbound 45 Bypass to East bound E. Discovery Parkway. I've been almost hit multiple times making this turn. People have a hard time telling where they should be on the road. Lighting should also be added to this intersection, it is very difficult to see at night here.
