I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years? Other: Well past city quiet hours, either IMEI or Catalent are running equipment that beeps so loudly I can hear it from inside my home. During the day, this is expected and understood since I chose to purchase a home near these businesses. However, regularly at 11pm on a Wednesday or 3am on a Monday, I am either kept awake or woken up by consistent and constant beeping. I am not sure what the City can do to enforce quiet hours upon businesses but it would be really great if something could be done.

Illegal business in residetial neighborhood. The residence of 3954 Fenbrook Ln. have been running a retail business out their home fot several months. We have counted as many as 40 cars a day. The average is 15-20 a day. We have several familoes with small children and all this traffic makes it unsafe for them and near impossible to drive down the street. Please enforce the ordinance.

I have seen multiple people sharing images and warnings that the Goodwill on South College Mall Rd has an active bedbug infestation, with photos showing adult bedbugs on clothing in the store. This is a public health concern, but I can find no information about whether a business is required to 1) notify potential customers who may come to the store, and 2) take action to eliminate the pests by hiring a professional service.

Illegal business at 3954 Fenbrook Ln, Bloomington, IN, 47401. This is the second notice on uReport. Today, at 11:am, February 13, 2024, we counted 12 cars driving in and out from this house. As stated in the first complaint, we are experiencing up to 40 cars a day at peak times in our neighborhood due to this large illegal retail business. The average is 20 cars a day, that is 100 cars a week and nearly 400 cars a month on average. We have several families with children and a public school bus stop near this home. As you can see, the roads are narrow, and this is a dangerous situation in our neighborhood. Please enforce the law and close this business for good. In my opinion, this is damaging our property values.

The SUNOCO station on South Walnut is lit up like the sun at night, with lights that point out and across their property — towards neighbors, the park, and even towards drivers going south on Walnut. Could the lights at least be angled down into their property?
