With the construction going on in the Building Trades Park homeless people are starting to hang out in the church parking lot across the street. The security patrols for the park used to check out that parking lot but have stopped since the construction has started. It would be nice if they swung through occasionally while the construction is going on.
A lot of Homeless people set up camps and slept there in abandoned Arby property. Please help me remove them and clean up the place. Thank you so much.

There are homeless encampments in the shut down parking lot of Arby's. The encampments have been growing daily and causing concerns for nearby businesses.

Neighbor (pavillion properties) leaves the gravel pit unattended and the trash is overflowing, there is waste and needles all over the lot. There is now a mattress where homeless are sleeping. It is creating risk for clients and staff. He should be penalized for not maintaining the property.
The pan handlers standing on every corner with their homeless sign in Bloomington is getting out of hand. I manage a bank and they watch when we get our shipment of money in and watch the replacement of ATM canisters, I believe they should not be able to watch a banks or and other business to be able to steak out a business. It is time you put a stop to all the pan handling. Any time the police see someone pan handling arrest and book them. What money they have earned from pan handling confiscate it and that is their fee for breaking the law of pan handling.
I am manager at TRACKS. We run a IU apparel and record store at 415 E. Kirkwood Ave. Every day between 1 and 6 homeless people gather and sit on the limestone planter outside our store. It is having a negative impact on our business and I would like to know if there is any recourse to get them to move on. What are the rules on who can sit on the planter for how long?
