This intersection is a safety issue. Theres a high volume of students crossing and traffic. The road is busy enough and the intersection is challenging. Please consider an overpass for pedestrians to safely cross Dunn!
Dear Whom It may concern, I realized that there are several kids (middle schoolers) are driving crazy with e-motorbike on the streets and park trails. These motor-bike's speeds are definitely over 30 mph, and I am sure that these kids doesn't have licenses. They don't show any respect on the traffic rule. Once I see that one kid drove this motorbike in the school zone (Childs elementary school) around 4 pm. They are not just racing but do some stunt in front of all kids. I see that they are racing there as a group sometimes on the park trails. I reported this several times to 911, but nothing changes. Please do some actions before somebody dies or serious hurt. Now that there is a traffic bump on Kirkwood at Maple St, will the signs be added back that tells motor vehicles to stop for pedestrians when they are crossing Kirkwood? Traffic is still very fast and endanger pedestrians trying to get across Kirkwood. Thanks!
The crosswalks on Fee Lane need to be repainted and perhaps added to. There are many pedestrians crossing Fee Lane and the crosswalks are no longer visible
Need a crosswalk from bus stop to Meadow Park Apartments. Due to curvature of the road, there is low visibility for both cars and pedestrians attempting to cross the street after exiting bus.
The signage on the streets for the motorists that intersect with the BLine as well as the signage for the pedestrians and cyclists on the BLine aren’t consistent. I worry that an accident will occur. Cyclists, pedestrians don’t know if drivers will stop. Some do, some don’t. Attached is one photo. The rules/expectations seem to be different for each intersection. Thank you!
As a pedestrian commuter on the B-Libe, I experience daily near misses with the electronic motorcycles that are going over 30mph, screaming "get the fuck out of my way" and popping wheelies while nearly hitting me, manual cyclists, pedestrians, children, and people in wheelchairs and assisted mobility devices. Picture above is from this morning as the children began to pop a wheelie while standing on the bike seat. I am aware of many such complaints. You need to do something before someone is seriously injured or killed as has happened in other cities.
Hi - I am one of the owners of Friendly Beasts Cider writing regarding our new location at 615 N Fairview St. I am wondering if it would be possible to get a new bike rack put it at the intersection of Fairview and the B-Line trail. I don't think there's a bike rack at Rogers St., so it would be the only bike rack between Adams and 8th St. on the B-Line (I think!). Cicada Cinema is also moving into the same building, so there will be a lot more people coming to that area. It is also right by the walking path from the B-Line to Butler Park. I noticed there appears to be lot of room on the east side of the intersection of Fairview and the B-Line where a bike rack could go. I live upstairs, so I usually park my electric bike at the bottom of the stairs. This morning, when I went down to get it for school, it was gone; I found the lock cut and saw that someone had left some items nearby. That bike is my most valuable possession, so please help me get it back.
