Hi Chris, Just to let you know, the street lights are still not working on E 2nd St. I thought Duke would have made the repairs by now since a month has passed since it was first reported. Ticket #167643 Debbie Howard 2602 E 2nd St.
The light at Fairfax Rd and S. Old State Rd 37 recently received a new light with turn signals. However, the east/west bound lanes (Fairfax and Church Lane) do not have cleary marked straight and turn only lanes. I travel through this intersection daily; it is confusing and dangerous. Traffic is also much heavier because most don't know what lane options there are available.
The street light at South Rogers Street and Smith Avenue was hit recently. The pole is leaning.
My husband and I were in Bloomington two weeks ago. We are from out of state. While driving the streets around the campus, we were shocked at how dark every street is. Especially now with the upperclass students moving off campus into apartments and houses this next school year, the city of Bloomington needs to take their safety into consideration.

How do I request to have street light attached to telephone pole moved down one or two, closer to 3 way stop sign
I am at my daughters house, watching grandkids, and first time ever to park in her garage, I back out, watching for her cats and back into the street light at end of her drive. It is on the ground. (I am unsure if this is the correct place to report this.)
3rd and Franklin is back on a timer and not a smart light. Heavy backups at rush hour.
