Location: Corner of Old Shakopee Rd and Normandale Blvd
The left turn signal stays red until a car drives over the "trip switch". The trip switch is not working - at least at 2:00 Friday am - so the only way to make a left turn from Old Shakopee on to Southbound Normandale Blvd.is to go through the red light. This happened last year and I called 911 and reported it and it took a few weeks but it was "fixed". But now it is doing it again. I called 911 again last night/this morning but I don't know that I explained it correctly.
Thank you.

Intersection of Adams/5th/3rd (near Kleindorfers Hardware). Signal used to change with flow of traffic, now stays green for long periods when there is no traffic from that direction and leaves cars sitting at red light for long periods of time.

Southbound Walnut Street at Miller Drive, the left turn sensors don't activate for motorcycles, even when stopped directly over the sensor coil. My motorcycle is midsized, 750cc.

Northbound side of Rogers Street and Country Club Drive (cars waiting between that nasty abandoned gas station and the country club fence): the west-bound left turn onto Country Club green arrow lights up regardless there being any cars in the left-turn lane. I see this various times of day (when I'm in the north-bound lane on Rogers). Perhaps there's no sensor in the road, but thought I'd bring it up.

I was stopped at the intersection of Woodlawn and 17th street at the new light. I was attempting to make a left turn to proceed west on 17th. It was after midnght. I there was no east-west traffic at all which had the green. I waited for 4 minutes and no change. This intersection controller needs to be checked to make sure it will switch the opposing traffic to green upon sensing a vehicle promptly if there is no east-west traffic.

I regularly bike on the Allen-Covenanter bikeway. The signal at Covenanter and College Mall does not detect cyclists headed east on Covenanter. If there is not a car headed in my direction, I often have to wait through several signal cycles until a car comes behind me and activates the signal. It is especially frustrating that this is a route designated for cyclists. I would very much appreciate if the signal could be changed so that cyclists are recognized. Thank you.
