Complaint of mistimed traffic signals causing backup. Located at the corner of College Mall Rd. and 3rd St. The turn signal for those West bound on St. Rd. 46 turning onto South bound College Mall Rd. allows too many cars into intersection than next light at entrance to Eastland Plaza can handle. Cars are turning into intersection while they still have green light but are then unable to continue down College Mall Rd. because the next light is either not long enough or not properly synced with the turn lane at College Mall Rd. and 3rd St.

Caller reported that lightd at College Mall Rd. and Eastland Plaza work well from 3 directions, but on one side (from College Mall Road turning into Eastland Plaza) it takes 3 rounds to get a straight green light rather than just a green arrow.

Caller was headed westbound on Old 37 and was attempting to turn left onto N. Walnut St. and the light did not change.
The light was not changing in response to cars headed west, but would change when a car approached heading east.

The parking lot for the North Cascades Skatepark has several lights out. The lights do not belong to Duke Energy. Resident is concerned about poor lighting conditions as a safety risk.

The traffic signal timing at S Deborah Dr. and W Tapp Road is not favorable. When drivers make a right-turn from S Deborah onto W Tapp, the light stays red for an unreasonably long time.
Resident is requesting a study of the traffic signal timing at this intersection and a follow up on any findings made by city staff.
