Mr. Raff spoke with the Mayor at the Farmers Market on Saturday, 10/1. He described ongoing drainage issues on both Rose Ave and his property (704) and that of the adjacent landowner. He stated that the City has been working on the issue for a number of years, but storm water still gets backed up on the property and has lead to a mosquito problem.
Customer wants a curb built due to rain water running into his garage.
Ms Fulford left a voice message 8/22/16 indicating the neighbor to the north (521 N Dunn St) has a pump for a spring that shoots water out at least every few minutes and it's pointed toward her house and water has no where to go so just ponds.
The drainage hole in the backyard between 4100 Bill Mallory Bld and 714 S Park Ridge Rd (Gentry Honours) is filled with mud and causing slow drainage and standing water. The drain appears to need a grate covering and possible rip rap to prevent debris from washing into the drain. The standing water which last for a couple days after rain is causing a mosquito infestation. It has become a health hazard. Please let me know how I should proceed. 401 North Sheffield Drive. The drain is clogged due to all the asphalt that was lifted up hill and this storm drain needs to be cleared before the next storm. Thank you. This may be a duplicate report since the last one said failure to submit. Thanks for all you do.
409 North Sheffield Drive. the rain last night lifted three layers of asphalt and fluid Downstream to the dream last night. half the road is cracked and so I'm worried that with the next rain will lose another five feet from the curb. Please send someone out to investigate. This may be a duplicate because the last one I submitted had problems submitting and I haven't seen it in my my reports.
