We live in Renwick neighborhood. A house was built on 2435 Cathcart St. The sidewalk needs connected or installed from 2435 Cathcart St. to 2425 Cathcart St. There is a green space between the two homes and the sidewalk needs to be completed for safety reasons. When walking on the sidewalk, it ends and you have to go out in the street. The sidewalk needs to be installed so it continues.

I would like more sidewalks to be installed in my neighborhood so it is safe for my dogs and I to walk in our neighborhood. We have to walk in the street and pull off to someone’s yard when cars come.

The city or a utility installed a new sidewalk. There are multiple pieces of rebar sticking straight up about eight inches on each side. The sidewall is marked with two orange construction cones. I presume the workers will be back at some point, but I don’t know when. Halloween brings a lot of foot traffic in this neighborhood, and I think folks may ignore the cones. It would be greatly appreciated if the rebar could be trimmed or otherwise handled before then. Thank you.

I would love to see a proper crosswalk and sidewalks added at all sides of the Rogers and Rockport intersection. I would also like to request a completed sidewalk added to the east side of Rogers between Rockport and the Switchyard Park entrance. Families from Rockport Hills and the surrounding neighborhoods often walk over to Switchyard Park and I personally have had and witnessed numerous close calls attempting to cross Rogers to enter Switchyard Park on foot. It would be great to have some sort of crosswalk added at the Switchyard entrance to aid those on foot trying to cross Rogers and enter the park. During larger events when the park parking lot fills up, there is overflow parking in the field in front of Catalent. Then a huge flow of people are forced to wait for traffic in order to essentially jaywalk into the park. It seems to me that some infrastructure improvements are needed for this area of Rogers St. to facilitate the main entrance to one of the largest parks in the city. Finally, I think it would be great to have some sort of high retaining wall built around the massive eye-sore electrical transfer station directly across from the park entrance (similar to the one built right next to the Upland Woodshop). FYI: I've tried submitting this several times using Safari on both macOS and iOS and I fails every time I include a photo, so I'm leaving it out for now but can provide it later if desired. (I think your webform doesn't know how to handle heic images.) In any case, I reported this issue to INDOT, but at first they said I should report it to IU. So I did. Then later they said I should report it to the city. So I am. This is an open/unpaved section of the multi-use path. It's been in this state for months and is getting worse. Can this be repaired?

I watch people walk by my house all day and worry about cars who constantly cut the corner. Today I heard a man yelling at a jogger to run on the sidewalk, but there isn't one. There is much more foot traffic in this neighborhood with the b line trail having a path right onto Bryan Street. I wouldn't mind a sidewalk going around my house
