The bird and limes must be managed better. This photo came via FB to me today. I can also say while driving through campus one day I counted 7, seven, such incidents where scooters blocked accessibility. I'd also like to report I had 2, TWO, near misses as scooters riders failed to yeld or even slow down and look as they crossed and intersection. Please stop this nonsense!

Lime scooters on the ground blocking the sidewalk on Hunter Ave. near S. Fess Ave. Fairly certain this is a violation of the ADA.

Please start having homeowners have to fix sidewalks. It's part of owning property. And that obligation has been neglected in many older areas. City needs to notify and provide guidance. Thank you.

Sidewalk at the corner of 7th and Dunn. I am not in a wheelchair but was pushing a stroller. It was nearly impossible for me so I can't even imagine the difficult a wheelchair would have maneuvering this sidewalk. Much of the surrounding sidewalk is fairly damaged as well but this was the most severe.

Terrific on the new low income sidewalk program. But residents other than property owners use them too. Please have any owner, low income or not, fix the red poor condition sidewalks. Plus there are low income families in other zones so unfortunate that they can't participate. Wouldn't it make more sense to prioritize the worst and busiest sidewalks and fix them systematically instead of by piecemeal application? An amazing sidewalk system that is kept as nice as you all do the roads would be great. Thank you for continuing your work on multiple good transportation options.

The road here is covered in a thick, sludgy gravel that is utterly inaccessible by wheelchair and difficult to traverse as an ambulatory person. This is in direct violation of the ADA as he wheelchair accessibility issue prevents the disabled from directly interacting with their community.

Blocked road to the right due to construction. Out to the left is untenable travel for wheelchairs blocking my entire access to the Bloomington community violating the ADA with no safe way to access my needs and leaving me stranded at home until the project is completed. Am considering litigation

downtown on the square, in front of the "tap" nightclub (across from chase bank), today i noticed that there isn't enough room between a bike at a bike rack there and the outdoor enclosure for tables at the tap. there might be enough room for a regular wheelchair to get thru, but not a large wheelchair. and i am referring to someone who would be passing by there (not going to the tap). even though i am not in a wheelchair, that's what it looks like, so someone might want to measure the area there for a.d.a. compliance, please. thanks

Many trees and shrubs have caused walking on the sidewalks hazardous and difficult - especially in the dark. The streets are narrow and animals are constantly abound, making an option to walk on the road undesirable.
