There’s a bush on the property of 2127 E 5th St (at the corner of 5th and Jefferson St) that obstructs motorists’ view when turning north onto Jefferson St from 5th St. Since this intersection does not contain a 4-way stop sign, there have been several times I have almost gotten into a collision with an oncoming vehicle going south when making that turn simply because I cannot see them around that bush.
Tree on north side 5th midway between S. Bryan and S. Jefferson has a broken limb hanging down over the street. It also has several low hanging branches over the road that impede high sided delivery vehicles.
See the picture. Location is 5th st btw Jefferson and Bryan. There is a utility line in that mess as well.
A tree has somewhat fallen over Azalea Lane and should be removed. Any tall trucks would now hit the branches.
Honey locust in City ROW is stressed/diseased/dying. The Highpoint Neighborhood Association paid Less Huss to have this tree planted a few years ago. Is there something that can be done to save it? If a watering issue, neighbors can attend to that, but it's not clear if that is indeed the issue.
The tree in the apron between street and sidewalk has damaged bark and has grown into a leaning position over the sidewalk and parking spaces. Much of the upper bough is not bearing leaves. This tree could fall or continue to grow in a top heavy direction. Please remove this tree.

My name is Kaleen Dowdy, I work with Mackie Properties and we manage the Cameron Row HOA community. The homeowner of 2027 S. Ramsey Drive recently submitted a request that stated they believe the Oak tree (Scarlet) at the front of their unit near the street is dead. The City's Tree Map indicates this is a City Tree (I've attached a screenshot including all of the information from your Tree Map for this tree) and we are requesting that it be removed/replaced by The City. Thank you!
