the trees on south henderson are covering the pedestrian signs and making it difficult and dangerous for kids walking to Templeton - I witnessed a near accident with a child this morning!
The city trees on our block(s)(in the Sweetbriar subdivision of Winslow Farms) have many dead branches that cover the street. We worry those dead branches will fall on a car.
Trees are hanging in the road. This is from 3214- 3230 E Moore's Pike.
I am a Certified Arborist through the I.S.A. While inspecting trees for Dr. John Labbon today at 2736 E. Brig's Bend I noticed that the city Maple tree to the right of the driveway entrance has co-dominant leaders. The 2 leads are already splitting and the smaller lead will fall onto the city sidewalk where a person walked by while I was doing the tree inspection. Dr. Labbon would like the tree removed. There are trees hanging into the road between 3214 and 3230 E Moore’s Pike causing for low to no visibility when leaving the driveway. This has caused for several close calls with having accidents
The city removed a tree along the street several years ago due to ash borer beetles, and never came back to grind the stump down. They ground the stump on all the other trees in our neighborhood. Can someone please come back to finish the job? It is next to the mailbox of 2721 between ours and our neighbors property. Thank you!
One of the new street trees planted by the city after the completion of the new north extension of the Jackson Creek Trail last fall has unfortunately died, and should be replaced. It is sending up suckers at the base, but I don’t think a large shrubby plant is what was intended. Tree is near the property line of the house on High and the house on the corner facing Wimbleton. Dead Tree on NE corner of 2nd St & Anita St is starting to buckle at the base and is in serious danger of falling on cars or pedestrians. The bark is all falling off and it is very obvious this tree is totally dead. Please remove this tree ASAP before something happens and someone gets hurt. Thanks
The large tree at the street is way dead and a potentially very dangerous hazard to cars and people. I’m not the resident here but a neighbor (1900 E. Hunter Ave.) Thank you
Large Ash tree in tree plot needs lower limbs removed. Also the New Horizon Elm seems to have several dead upper branches. Since this tree is only 8 years old, I’m concerned it’s diseased or stressed. If you would take a look and let me know what you can do for it. Thank you!
