One kid looked like he was trying to pull one over. I am concerned that they will get hurt or that a fire will start due to the damage. When I went to tell them to stop, they had run off.

My address is technically 1529 W. 8th. We recently purchased our home and just got all moved in. In between my house and our neighbors, there is a ton of overgrowth over power lines connected to our homes. We really need someone to come out and clear the area before it becomes a problem. There is also a very large and what seems like a very dead tree on our neighbors property that is over some power lines as well.
