There is a bicycle at the North West corner of the intersection of 1st and Fess streets that appears to be abandoned. An officer Barnes, who I saw at the 4th Street festival told me that she would have coffee with me after I told her that I thought policewomen and men were very special people who are unappreciated and underpaid and we all should cherish them. she instructed me to email the police department. I hope she gets this message.
