Dir. Hason, HAND. The owner cut down weeds to about 24". The weeds on the sidewalk and overhanging the wall are untouched . There is still trash in the sideyard along Prospect Street Please have staff follow up for a cleanup! Thanks.

There is an extremely low tree branch hanging over the road near the train tracks by 401 S Pete Ellis. It’s been there a couple days. I see trucks kept hitting the branch. It’s going be dangerous when it finally breaks or falls.

Plants in the yard of 312 w Dodds are fully blocking the sidewalk, forcing pedestrians to step out into a very busy street with no shoulder. This stretch is also fully inaccessible to anyone using mobility aids due to the plants.

On the northwest corner of the 3rd and Lincoln intersection, there is a manhole cover that is very loose. I am concerned someone could fall through it.

The turn light never turns to the flashing yellow like it should. It causes a backup of traffic going from the light before where steak and shake is to the light headed towards karst farm in the evening. It does turn green but will stay red until the light cycles through again.

I sent a photo of this via Facebook Messenger to the parking department, and whoever responded to me seemed to think it was a pretty big issue as well. But weeks later it's there still. I understand that there are reasons for manholes on streets, but to place a handicap spot right next to them is absolutely ridiculous. People who are already challenged with mobility do not want to step out on uneven pavement. Weird metal boxes that our trip hazards with dips in them that make puddles develop during rain is maybe the last place I would put accessible parking. Yes, that is the one area in front of fountain Square Mall that a slight ramp up for those who need it, but these metal boxes defeat the purpose. Even knowing that they're there. I have tripped on them several times. Luckily I haven't fallen and hurt myself. But somebody else might.
