Bus 9 drove right passed the stop around 9:05 a.m. There was a group of people waiting at the curb and they just drove right by. Didn’t say it was a full bus or anything on the sign at the top. Some missed class and exams!
North east corner cross walk at Henderson and Hillside is covered with ice. Saw 2 people slip. This is also a school crossing.
There is a large pile of snow that has been plowed into the newly installed cross walks at 17th Street and Eagleson Ave. The pile is causing visibility issues with pedestrians crossing here, causing a major safety issue. Please have the pile removed as soon as possible.

My trash was not picked up this morning. The recycling was picked up. I left enough room between the two containers and my trash bin was at the end of my driveway. It is a full container and needs to be picked up today. Thanks
Sidewalks along Azalea were not cleared by Summit Point apartments so high school kids have to walk in the narrow street in the dark to get to South.

The public sidewalks along Parkview Apartments have improved, but most of the sidewalk is still covered with packed snow and ice. Two-thirds of the way along Walnut is now clear, but the "ice rink" at the northern end is still treacherous. The way along 19th has not been touched, even right in front of the Parkview entrance. It is unclear whether the entire sidewalk on 19th Street, all the way to Washington Street, is the responsibility of the same property owner.
