Grass behind the fence on owners property is overgrown. There is yard waste that has been sitting in the driveway for months. Bags of mulch have been sitting in the driveway for over a year. Ladder and shovels have been sitting out for years. May be a hoarding issue.
Jamie Ward 812-512-5473 3789 E McCracken way apt 8 Bloomington Indiana I bought a brand new washer and dryer from Lowe’s just a couple of months ago. My dryer started making a really loud noise yesterday and a red light came on. When I googled with the light it said exhaust./duct issue. I called Samsung to ask them to come and look at my dryer because it’s still under warranty and they asked me has anyone cleaned the dryer duct/ vent outback? I said that I had not I can’t even get to it. I don’t have a letter that tall and I don’t know what I’m doing, but I’m not sure if Maintenance had or not they said that they would not send anyone to fix the dryer until the duct was cleaned out. I contacted office management. Who then informed me that she tried to get the owner to have Maintenance to come fix it but he declined. I have a two year-old and a three year-old not only do I need a dryer, but there’s obviously an issue../fire hazard!
Why is nothing being done on the small bridge in Lower Cascades Park that connects to Cascades Golf Course? It has been closed for almost 10 weeks with no discernable progress toward repair. I've been going the long way around to get to the golf course from the Blue Ridge neighborhood. Not so bad right now, but once North High School restarts, Kinser Pike becomes wall to wall in the morning and evening.

Like to report a water leak in my customer service line, the rate appears to be roughly 10 gallons every 3 hours.
Recently we were notified that Grant Street (from 8th Street to 6th Street) would be closed for the filming of the upcoming LITTLE FIVE film being released from Somewhere Pictures. On Tuesday (7/21) all of Grant Street and parts of 6th Street near the Runcible Spoon were covered in littered confetti from the filming location. Attached are photos from between 6th and 7th on Grant Street, which shows the negligence of the production company. This is not something the City of Bloomington should be responsible for, and the Board of Public Works needs to be notified of the short coming/disrespect for our community. This needs to be passed up the chain, as the City of Bloomington Waste Management should not be responsible for this.
Caller to HAND concerned about overgrowth causing dangerous conditions and driver's unable to see when making a turn. He said that officer has been out in the past and owner is doing nothing. Caller has been cleaning up the litter along the road but not able to do anything about the grass/weeds.

Trash pickup for my household was missed today. All neighbors was removed. 3620n East homestead dr. 47401. Please arrange for it to be picked up..Too much to hold over another week, Let me know this will happen. Thanks , Russ Dukes
Area on west side of Smith Road is very overgrown with tall grass and weeds. It’s been 46 and Moore pike. Some areas are mowed but others are very overgrown. Can these areas be mowed?? Thank you
