a tree limb has fallen and is resting on a power line. Fear of it either breaking the powerline or falling on top of a car at a random moment.

There is a restaurant named la Bodega right next to healing hands thrift store that has tree like landscaping on the walkways. They are basically blocking the sidewalks. One is on the ramp which makes it even more difficult for those with disabilities. I tried to remedy by discussing it with the restaurant but it seemed with they did not care or did not understand the problem with it.

Hole on grimes, east at intersection
Hole on grimes at walnut intersection
Car often parked and blocking sidewalk. Almost every day.
There is pothole on Dodds St west of Rodgers St.
This could apply anywhere in Bloomington, frankly, as it's a persistent issue, so I just picked the intersection where I experienced it most recently. Every single time I drive in Bloomington after the sun goes down, I'm met with drivers who fail (or just refuse) to dim their brights. Ind. Code ยง 9-21-8-51 is still on the books. I'd suggest posting signage along busier roads, but based on how often Btown drivers ignore the "One-Way" and "No Turn On Red" signs, I doubt it would work anyway. If the city has any ideas on a community education measure or infrastructure project that would help remind drivers that, yes, leaving your brights on while encountering another driver/pedestrian IS still against the law - that would be cool.
