We received a Notice of Violation from HAND dated 03/13/2018 for 1207 N Dunn Street 47408 for scattered Litter for $50.00 Ticket# 39671. We would like to appeal the violation because of the following reasons: 1. My trash bins was in a closed container. 2. No trash or any litter in front of my house when I left for my trash container for pick-up by trash collectors. 3. My house is located along the street. I tried to keep my house clean and tidy. Followed all city rules and regulations but cars and people walk along that areas may throw trash at anytime. This is beyond my control especially if I'm out for work or in school. I respectfully appeal to please do not sanction me on things I can't controlled. Thank you, Eme Factora

Traffic light at S Patterson coming out of former Cook Pharmica takes 1min 40 sec to change. Traffic light at S Patterson to 2nd St. turn arrow last less than 10 sec. Traffic light at S Patterson to 3 rd. St. takes 1min 40 sec to change. Traffic light at S. Ranson to Bloomfield Rd 1 min and 30 sec to change. I would like to suggest that you send someone out to the Bay Area in Ca. and have them show them how they set up there signals. They are experts in traffic flow. If you come to an intersection and the light is red and there is know one there it will change too green in seconds. It saves people time and money not having to sit at a light waiting for it to change.

Hello, last month I received a water bill of incredible cost due to my apartment having a major leak in one of its toilets we were unaware of until the bill had arrived. Our property manager and his maintanence team was able to resolve the problem and the proof that is in the attached image. I am wondering if there is any possible way to have a reduction in its cost! Hi There I'm normally not one to complain, especially about a city in which I love and have been apart of since I was a small child. However, the traffic situation on west 3rd street, primarily on the overpass of 37, has reached a point that is nonsensical. This morning, 3/20/2018, the overpass was down to one lane while no one was working on it. It took me 35 minutes to drive .2 miles and caused me to be late to work. I'm all for keeping the infrastructure of this city up to date, but when it takes me 35 minutes to drive a 1000 feet for no legitimate reason, that's when I have a problem. They have been working on the bridge for what seems like 6 months now without much improvement. I hope to see some improvement soon. Sincerely, Greg Lovig

My home is on the corner of two allies. The ally in the back, our only access to our parking area, has never been paved or cared for. We are forced to drive through the grass and mud to park at home. The ally to the south of our home is eroded and developing holes. I live at 1119 S. Rogers St. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Bids for Griffy Water Treatment Plant Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM) Abatement & Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Impacted Soil Removal On March 16, we purchased the digital sets for both of the above referenced bids from the Repro Graphix ePlanroom. We are missing several documents like the Asbestos Assessments performed at the Site by Ogle and Associates, LLC in April 2017 and the Transformer Removal performed at the site by Fields Environmental, Inc. in April 2017.
