I am not sure this is the right venue for this issue. There are very often parked cars on Lincoln St to the north and south of University in the yellow (no parking) area. These cars park nearly to the corner, making sight lines for those turning off University onto Lincoln very challenging. I have never seen these cars ticketed, and they do it constantly. Most commonly they are there on the weekends and in the mornings every day. Some oversight of this issue would help a lot

There has been a Ford Explorer parked on the street in front of her house for years. She is wondering if the owner of the vehicle can be contacted to have it moved or if it is an abandoned vehicle that can be removed. her address is 708 W. Dixie St.

Car parked in the gravel area is parked illegally. We have had issues with people parking in this spot even though it is not a legal parking zone. I have spoken with parking enforcement before and they confirmed that this is indeed not a legal parking zone and they have ticketed before. Recently people have been parking there on a regular basis. This is the lot behind 728 E Atwater. Accessible off of S Park.

I don't know whether this is the right place to report this violation. I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge. This home is a rental property. Whoever is renting it currently has their very large work truck parked on the street every day, which is very near the stop sign at Larkspur and Woodhill. The truck has leaked what looks like oil all over the street in front of the home. The truck makes viewing around it for oncoming traffic very difficult.

Natural gas workers heavy equipment has been parking on the 900 block of East Side drive for several months. The daily noise is the biggest, though not only problem. Each day, their work takes them further from this location, yet they return to this spot to park. It is an unfair burden to have the source of this extraordinary disruption in our faces for so long. Please require them to find another location to park. I have a sleep disorder and this noise has become a threat to my health, as well as a disruption to the peace of our neighborhood -- for months!
