Vegetation is blocking half of the southbound bicycle lane, which was already too narrow.

Turning from Dixie to the right onto S Rogers is difficult, because a couple of spruce in the corner yard block the view.
Speed limit sign is needed before a child walking to school is killed by the unchecked speeders. Especially an individual in a blue suv,DLD596. I was told last time I asked rhe city ,that signs dont work, but noticed that xity employee has a speed limit sign right in front of his house
I work in Luddy Hall on the IU Campus. I have an ADA sticker for my car. The only ADA parking close to the southside of the building in on the west side of Myles Brank Hall behind Luddy. The City of Bloomington has timed parking along the south side of Luddy on Cottage Grove. It would benefit me to have at least one or preferably two of those parking spaces issued for drivers with a disabled license. This building has no parking on the other three sides. I'm 71 years old with major health issues and we have elderly and/or disabled family members come to Luddy also, especially in inclement weather when there is more possibility of falls. Thank you for your consideration. You are welcome to contact our ADA representative at IU, Frank Epperson at fepperso@iu.edu He is also aware of the situation.
There is a construction cut in the road on 17th that is really deep to go over. There weren’t any signs warning of a big bump. The car behind me severely swerved out of the way to miss it. This is move in week, this is a dangerous situation!
Foliage/brush from the property at 701 E 10th St (northeast corner of the intersection of N Fess and E 10th) has completely obstructed the sidewalk.
Subject: Overgrown Vegetation Blocking Sightlines and Pedestrian Safety Near Bus Stop The bushes and trees along the property line are overgrown and have created a safety hazard for school children who are dropped off at the nearby bus stop and walk along the sidewalk. This is a congested area for both pedestrians and vehicles, especially during school pick-up and drop-off times. The overgrown foliage obstructs the view of drivers turning in and out of the apartment driveway, as well as drivers approaching the intersection. This condition significantly reduces visibility and obstructs a clear sight-triangle. Attached are photos, and here is a link to the street view showing the obstruction: https://maps.app.goo.gl/WDFcQqQxyT19H3jN9 I request that the City review this location and take corrective action to ensure the ROW and sight triangle are clear, restoring safe visibility for drivers, pedestrians, and schoolchildren. Thank you!
In the 300 block of E 19th St, there are NO "no parking" signs, and NO yellow curbs. As the students return to the area they just park as they want causing traffic issues. There is no way an emergency vehicle can get through the area as the road is blocked by parked cars.
Shrubs along sidewalk between 708 E. 11th (comes up as "044K" on google maps) and the empty lot immediately to the west have grown so much that it is difficult to pass, and at night it is so dark there that pedestrians cannot even see the bushes before they run right into them.
Milestone contractors replaced sidewalk. All the turf/grass repair is washed out creating a safety issue for users
