The stoplight between 3rd and Landmark is very slow. We sat at the light for over 5 minutes and it still hadn’t turned green, so we turned around and went another way.

Summit Pointe Apts, Unit 1071, 1071 Knollwood Circle. Our unit has had recurring water intrusion and moisture problems since June 2026, and management has not tested for mold or provided any inspection findings. On June 22 we reported water on the bathroom floor and wet carpet near the bedroom entrance using the maintenance request form on Summit Pointe's website (photo 1 is from that day). On July 3 maintenance came and, according to my brother, checked the carpet with a moisture meter and said a full inspection was needed, but that inspection never happened. Management now says it has no record of our 2026 requests, and none appear in the resident portal. On Sept 23 and 24, after rain, the cardboard we had placed by the bathroom wall to track water was wet again. We have also found dark spotting on the bathroom wall and bathtub area and on the underside of a mattress that sat on the bedroom carpet. We run dehumidifiers daily and are not using the affected bathroom. On Oct 1 an area maintenance supervisor lifted the carpet in Bedroom 1. There was discoloration and dark spotting on the underside of the carpet and on the padding. He said he was confident it was not mold, but no sample was taken and no testing was done. Using the same Klein Tools ET140 meter in Hardwood mode, as he directed, we measured about 26 to 29% (red range starts at 24.5%) on discolored and raised areas of the exposed flooring. The living room floor also has a raised area. We are asking for a City inspection of the unit for water intrusion, moisture and possible mold, including the bathroom, the Bedroom 1 carpet, padding and flooring, and the living room floor. There is a part of this cover that is loose and sticking up. I’ve witnessed two people trip over it. Please replace the cover if possible.

There is a beagle mix that is left in an outside run all day and night and barks for hours and hours. I can’t get very close without going on to their property but if the dog is ignored for so long I worry about their general well being. It is the second house on the right when you turn onto Shelburne from Arlington. Rickety wooden structure in a tree as well.

Homeless old women with yellow shopping cart on the B-Line trail by the Bloomingfoods constantly screaming, even during quiet hours at night and in the early morning. Very unpleasant deep screams that are concerning. She also says things like "You are going to die." She seems mentally unstable and like someone who needs some psychological assistance. It is concerning to walk on the B-Line trail when someone is screaming at you and feels unsafe. I know this women has been doing this for a while, yet the town is not doing anything about it.

I have now multiple times seen homeless people making a new encampment here. Tents, hammocks, unsupervised dogs and all. It seriously frustrates me that this is one of the only safe, family friendly parks/trails and it is starting to become an encampment. What also concerns me is there are two schools and a church nearby, all of which have kids who walk or bike to school and use the trail to safely get there. People living here also means destroying what a beautiful area this is. The setup I saw near the creek today will undoubtedly bring trash and unwanted debris to the water and the surrounding areas. We should not continue to tolerate this in our parks and on our trails. It’s not helpful or caring to people who are clearly struggling to just let them continue doing illegal things like camping out in public spaces that are not campgrounds. I will continue to lodge complaints because the last thing I want to do is stand idly by and watch this great park become the next encampment.
