Auto Heaven (junkyard) is parking junk cars on both the South and North sides of Allen St. Several are on the first block west of Walnut Street, which is not his property. Can you please get him to move these? The unhoused have access to them and sleep in them. It's not safe for them and it's a serious eyesore for pedestrians and bikers. The owner of Auto Heaven should be storing these junk cars behind his fences where they are out of sight and cannot be accessed by the unhoused.
These vehicles are abandoned. Or someone has claimed the street as their private junkyard with abandoned vehicles. Can these vehicles be removed? If they are allowed to stay, could you share information about why? I appreciate your time, thank you!
There are many abandoned vehicles parked here. Many are on an unimproved surface. This seems to be a violation of unimproved surface parking, abandoning vehicles, and using the street as a junkyard. Can these vehicles be fined and removed?
Hello, There has been utilities construction going on by our apartment for over a month now. We understand that there is a lot of noise that comes along with it, especially since they have to break through multiple feet of rock to be able to place new sewer lines. We have been understanding in the last few weeks as rock hammering began at 7AM and went on through 5PM Monday-Friday. Even as this construction extended to Saturdays as well. As of last night however, the construction went on all night long. I am guessing that since this is a city run construction project that the noise ordinance was overlooked, however with the continued rock hammering this is unacceptable. It is disruptive and prevented us from sleeping through the night (which is especially impressive given that we have grown accustomed to the street noise typical of living on Walnut Street). Again, we get that this is an important project and that there is a lot of noise that comes along with that. However work through the night cannot continue. Sincerely, Brandon Fricke
I am writing to express a concern regarding the recent snow removal efforts on N Washington Street between 16th and 17th. Currently, only one lane has been plowed, leaving large piles of snow in the street as well as in designated parking areas on the north side of the street. This has created significant issues for residents and visitors, as parking on the street is nearly impossible without risking falls or accidents due to the icy and uneven conditions. I kindly request that the street be re-plowed, with particular attention to clearing the north side, and salted to ensure safer access for pedestrians and vehicles. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

Between houses 1210 and 1212 on South Lincoln Street, there is a section of pavement that has buckled and is allowing runoff to wash out the soil under the road and sidewalk. The size is approximately 16" X 36". It is located directly off of the curb, and near the driveway for 1212 South Lincoln St.
Original ticket number #177138 closed but never addressed so I created a follow up ticket (#177261) which was closed, marked Resolved. So, how can aticket be marked Resolved when the original ticket was never addressed? How about just ticketing and towing the cars that are parking in the no parking area and blocking the handicap ramp and many times going in the working direction? It is a hazard to enter Driscoll from Walnut.
