An old house was demolished on Friday 7 Nov. It had been clad in cement tiles, likely asbestos-containing transite. It appears that there was no attempt to isolate the hazardous waste from the bulk, so is it now all classified as hazardous? If so, is the contractor required by the State to dispose of the mass of waste resulting from the demolition in a special way, or perhaps into a designated landfill that accepts such waste? Attached is a picture of tiles that were left strewn about on the alley (a public thoroughfare) after the demolishers drove away. In the days since, people and/or animals have been stepping on the tiles and crushing them, possibly releasing friable asbestos fibers. There is a dog living immediately across the alley from this now toxic site. Is it unsafe for the dog to walk on the ground in this area? Or does the City even care about such things? Maybe it would it be better to just look the other way and let the people with money do whatever they please (?)

I have many images/ videos/ message threads.. I have been dealing with a roach infestation since August. Roaches are literally all over my place. I've lost so much money because they raid my kitchen, my dishes, clothing, my child's items, etc. I have had to throw many things away and haven't been staying in my residence. Conditions are quite unlivable. My landlord is only wanting to have treatments done in my residence without giving me rightful compensation for what I've been dealing with. I would like to break my lease all together and move away from the place I am in. I am a single mom with no family and being asked to remain in these conditions is diabolical. I would like help with breaking my lease and getting it handled rightfully!

I understand Transit is considering eliminating the bus ads that cover the windows. Please expedite this. It’s hard for passengers to read small signs such as street signs through those ads. Covering up the windows make the buses gloomy. And who wants to view the passing world through Ken Nunn’s nose?
Street Snow Removal

I submitted a complaint, case #206728 and Cheyenne Bowlen was assigned to it.
I was told that the city does not do past 100 ft off of Kinser pike, and that it was the county’s responsibility and to reach out to them. I did. They said it is, in fact the city’s responsibility to do Acuff, and that they only have responsibility of Prow, just before it turns to Acuff. The county was confident and firm in their boundaries.
So, either one of you is wrong, or there is an unfortunately placed gap in service, as it is a very sharp curve that happens to be the route many kids drive themselves to and from school.
Please look into this with consideration to the kids.

Shoulder of the road is dug out by cars curving to the left. I saw this years ago in another town and what happened was the person dropped the tires on the passenger side off into the little ditch and then jerked it back to the left to get back onto the road but actually ended up crossing the center line and having to head on collision, which resulted in the Death of the passenger and severe injuries to the driver. I knew these people they were friends and this had devastated their family. The shoulder needs to be repaired so that this is not repeated. Take a look and get her done soon. If
