Hi, My roommate and I have been experiencing skin problems (i.e. dryness, flaking and a lot of sudden acne when we both have never had acne) for the past couple weeks and we have ruled out any other changes we have made. We were notified by our landlord that the city of Bloomington was making changes in the water system, and when we went home out of state for a week, the skin problems resolved. Late model car parked in yellow zone on Maple at W 7th. Makes it impossible for two cars to go through at once. Also limits visibility for cars going North on Maple. This is also a place where a school bus turns every day. Car parks here all the time. Behind this car is a motorcycle under a tarp that has been parked for at least six months.
Scooters blocking sidewalk and stairs in front of Johnson Creamery building. There were even more farther down where the sidewalk is more narrow, you can see them in the background in the attached photo. Saw eight of them total and all of them were in the middle of the sidewalk.
6 scooters less than 6 paces from a bike rack. ArentAthey supposed to be parked at a bike rack, not on the sidewalk?

Light blue Prius with windows rolled down is parked in the yellow zone on the corner of West Seventh and Maple and has been parked there for over 72 hours. It is also in a yellow zone. Thank you!
House at the corner of W 6th and Fairview has allowed decorative grasses to grow into sidewalk and into Fairview Street. Cars cannot see pedestrians as they pull through Fairview and peds have to walk into street to avoid getting hit in face by plants.
I am submitting this Ureport on behalf of Upland Brewing. Pete Batule of Upland Brewing contacted me on 10-5-18 to say that Upland has been experiencing significant issues with odor coming from the storm drains on the north side of 11th street directly in front of Upland's patio. The odor is having a negative impact on their patio dining customers. Here is background on the issue as provided by Mr. Batule: Upland has had ongoing issues over the last few years with odors near the patio. They installed a piece of equipment above their lift station (the Peacemaker) next to the patio to neutralize the smell coming from the lift station. It wasn’t until the Peacemaker was installed that they suspected most of the odor was coming from the storm drains. Phil Peden has done some investigation on the storm drains. He noted there is an illicit connection tying to the north side of the storm box. Phil doesn't believe it is tied to a toilet because there isn't paper in it, but perhaps is related to byproduct or a wash drain/sink coming from elsewhere. Upland has dye tested their facility and found no evidence that the connection on the north side of the storm box is connected to their facilities. The odor comes on very strong at times to the point where they have to relocate customers. They notice an increase in odor around times when it rains and storm drain activity increases. James Hall and I discussed this issue on 10/8/18 and James has started to follow up internally at CBU on next steps. Kelly
there is a pothole in the alley between 714 and 718 W Kirkwood Avenue. People are now driving in my yard at 718 to avoid. I would appreciate if this can be fixed to minimize damage to my yard. Thank you!
