I put in a request last month for a new small recycling bin since the lid was previously somewhat broken off by the previous homeowners and then fully broken off by the pickup after I had moved in. The bin was supposed to get replaced but did not due to the snow storms that happened that week. It has since been taken along with the trash so I no longer have a lid at all. I am hoping to get a new bin at the next pickup. Again it is a small recycling bin

Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris)

1300 E. Maxwell Lane

Case Date:
3/5/2026

My husband sent in a request on Nov. 11, 2025 regarding debris blocking the stormwater infrastructure on the southeast corner of Maxwell Lane and Highland. Checking on this, case #206765, shows it as closed. I assume that this means that the situation has been attended to. It seems that this has not happened. When we reported it the debris were about a foot below the surface of the edge of the entrance. They have now reached the top of the curbing around the opening and the last couple of rains have washed leaves and sticks out and over the edge. Something needs to be done about this. Thank you.
