My water is shut off.
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue with a neighboring property located at 111 W Southern Dr. The resident, Ashley, owns three dogs. One of them, a dog named Ruby, consistently exhibits aggressive and disruptive behavior that has significantly impacted our quality of life. Ruby barks incessantly, often for prolonged periods, particularly when we are outside on our front porch or tending to our garden. Despite multiple opportunities to address the situation, Ashley has made it clear that she does not consider the barking a problem, stating that because it does not bother her, it should not bother anyone else. This dismissive attitude has left us with no reasonable resolution and has effectively driven me away from gardening—a once peaceful and restorative activity for me. In addition to the constant barking, Ruby regularly escapes into our yard, approaching us with hackles raised, barking and snarling aggressively. This behavior is alarming and feels threatening, especially when we are simply trying to enjoy our own property. When anyone walks by the house, even with Ashley present, Ruby behaves similarly, charging at pedestrians and displaying aggressive posturing. I am aware of at least one incident in which Ruby’s behavior caused such fear that she was sprayed with mace. Despite repeated concerns from neighbors, Ashley continues to disregard the issue. She claims the dogs are "working dogs" and that their behavior is normal for the breed. However, they are not being worked, socialized, or exercised in any meaningful way. They are rarely seen off the porch or in environments like dog parks where they might interact with other dogs or people. Given that Switchyard Park is essentially our front yard and a public, family-friendly space, this level of negligence is particularly troubling. I regret not filing this report sooner. I have been patient for years in hopes that the situation would improve, but the lack of responsibility and disregard for the safety and comfort of others has reached a point where formal action is necessary. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely, Pauline Ortiz y Pino 1605 S College Ave Bloomington, IN 47403 949-439-8203 ortizypino@alconsaudio.us

The Trash Bin has one side of hinges that are damaged. We think this happened when the crane arm dropped it back down, because we came home and the trash can was on the ground broken on its side. Would we be able to get a replacement so we don't get tagged for it later?
My recycling and paper recycling was not picked up today. I called twice, both times before dept. closed. First time, at about 11:46 or noon got a man, very nice; second time at 1:50 an answering machine. I'm told recycling is closed on Friday. For how long must I leave these two containers out for pickup? I finally called the Mayor's office, and Elizabeth filed a U-report. Naturally she was nice and very prompt in helping me.
When it rains the road to IMI floods at the intersection with Rogers Street.
South Clifton Avenue, from 1500 hundred block to 1600 block needs prepared. Total length of segment is about a tenth of a mile.
Leaves have not been collected on Nancy Street south of Hillside. Wanted to let you know in case this is an oversight and not just due to weather delays.
I live at 1602 South Renwick Blvd. The house north of me on the corner of Cathcart and Renwick Blvd is mostly finished from the outside. The yard is overgrown with tall weeds. Nothing has been done since everything began to grow in the spring. The vacant lots are kept mowed. There is also significant silt runoff into the street drains. There are pile of red mud that are being washed down the sewer drains in rivers every time it rains.
