The sidewalk is covered by vegetation. It's extremely dangerous to ride bike since I have to get really close to the end of the sidewalk which was a steep drop off toward the incoming traffic.

Excessive Growth

221 1/2 E 16th ST

Case Date:
9/7/2018

This property immensely violates the City code regarding overgrowth of the yard and landscaping. In fact, the public sidewalk attached to this property that runs along 16th Street is practically impassable. There is barely a walkable path where the sidewalk should be.

A very large tree fell along the back property line of 221 E 12th St striking a mature tree in the right of way where N Lincoln Street dead ends at the railroad tracks.
