Please clear the alley that connects Eagleson to S Highland. I am an emergency worker and none of the owners can get their vehicles out to a street. Most of the home owners are elderly and can’t assist.
The alley is used by Duke energy for power lines and has 8 families garages that need to be cleared to leave and get to a street.

Lawn hasn't been mowed since sometime last year. In the back there's even a fallen tree that was never cleaned up. No leaf cleanup has been done for well over a year, so leaves blow onto other neighbors' lawns. A brush pile in the front by oak tree obstructs view from driveways. Poison ivy in multiple spots, which now appears in neighbors' yards. Also, have seen snakes and they also appear in neighbors' yards. Additionally, more ticks seem to be around than in years past. Many of us in the neighborhood have children and grandchildren, so this is disturbing, as well as being an eyesore and potentially negatively impacting home sale prices. Thank you.
The last few snows our street never got plowed. I know your department is working hard in this big storm and we all appreciate it. I just ask that you please make it to our street too, I know it's not a long road but most of us don't have vehicles that can make it through a foot of snow. I appreciate your time and yardwork. Due to the construction on East 19th street, I have not been able to get any mail for two weeks. This is a serious problem, considering I was also just robbed (as well as multiple other houses on my street) and I have a security system coming in the mail. There is a very obvious way to access N Washington Street that any navigation system reroutes you to, but none of the mail trucks have been going up that way. They could at least receive instructions to walk it up to the correct address from their delivery trucks, it’s a very big problem to not be able to receive mail and I’m a bit frustrated with the whole situation.
Sheridan Drive between E. Karen and S. Highland, the bike/pedestrian lane on Sheridan has a lot of gravel and sand and junk in it. This is on a downhill in a bike plane and covers most of the lane. Can this get cleaned up and swept off?

Adams and 2nd street lights, as well as Adams and Patterson lights, take what seems to be a much longer time for cars on either side of Adams. I have sat here for more than 5 minutes with almost no traffic on 2nd. I have also been in a line of 10 cars all waiting forever. Especially when only one car is on either side of Allen, this light is probably the worst I've experienced in town (2nd worst is Adams at Patterson, which also seems to have changed in the recent past to take forever). Please allow these two intersections to change so that the Adams lights on both have a more frequent change or less time to wait. Thank you.
I haven’t gotten mail for two weeks. Please fix this. The Amazon delivery truck can make it so I’m not sure why no other delivery service can. This is an issue because me and multiple other houses have gotten robbed and I have a security system on the way.
