The house next to my property has some new people in it. I do not know if they are the new owners or they are just renting but they are running a daycare business out of the home. There are at least 10 kids being dropped off and picked up each day. Vehicles block my driveway in the evenings. Is this legal? Can they run this out of their home? The light is out of sync with the rest of the lights on 3rd street. I’ve witnessed multiple close calls due to this issue, as many in the area are used to the lights being synchronized a specific way. It also causes traffic to back up more.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue.
