The yard is an eyesore for our street. They have not maintained the yard since they moved in. They have dead trees in the yard and it starting to look like it’s over growing the walking path. Having ivy on the ground doesn’t allow this much overgrowth. Please request they maintain its appearance.
The area I am concerned about is just past N Dunn Street on Old State Route 37. As you come off Dunn Street and turn right on Old 37 the are on the right hand side is very overgrown with brush and trees. Some of the trees are over the guard rail. Is this City Property? If so can the trees be cut back. If not city property...do I contact the county to clear the trees> Thank you
So these paving machines due to start on the 22nd actually pave? They make a swell piece of street art lol.
Can you move the panhandler at the Smith Rd and Longview intersection? Her dogs are on the sidewalk and prevent us from walking our dog across Smith into ParkRidge East. Thanks.
Crosswalk yield signs are faded and need replaced
When traveling east on Graham and needing to turn on S Bryan, there is much overgrowth blocking visibility. A person can't safely turn because you cannot see if anyone is coming south down Bryan St.
I wanted to reach out about the truck traffic and early morning activity at Foundation Building Materials on Country Club Drive. The business has been there for a long time, and I understand that some level of noise and truck traffic comes with being near a commercial property. Recently, though, the early morning activity seems to have become much louder. Trucks appear to be arriving and unloading around 5:00 a.m., and the noise from backing alarms, materials being unloaded, and heavy equipment carries into the surrounding neighborhood. I've also noticed that trucks regularly use the two entrances through Broadview in addition to the main entrance on Country Club Drive. I wasn't sure if that is how the property was intended to operate, so I was hoping someone could look into it. Would it be possible to review the approved site plan and confirm whether the current truck traffic patterns and early morning operations are consistent with the property's approvals and any applicable traffic and noise regulations? I'm hoping the City can review the situation and determine whether there are ways to reduce the impact on the surrounding residential neighborhood, especially during the early morning hours. Thank you for your time and consideration.
potholes--most potholes on this street have been filled, but this area was missed
Vegetation overhanging sidewalk. West side of College Mall Road, just north of Covenanter.
