I work in Luddy Hall on the IU Campus. I have an ADA sticker for my car. The only ADA parking close to the southside of the building in on the west side of Myles Brank Hall behind Luddy. The City of Bloomington has timed parking along the south side of Luddy on Cottage Grove. It would benefit me to have at least one or preferably two of those parking spaces issued for drivers with a disabled license. This building has no parking on the other three sides. I'm 71 years old with major health issues and we have elderly and/or disabled family members come to Luddy also, especially in inclement weather when there is more possibility of falls. Brawley "For Rent" signs in ROW along 7th Street, Lincoln (400 N. block), Walnut (400 N. block), and Washington (500 N. block). Also on 10th near Grant that might be in ROW, but difficult to determine since they have taken over the whole street.

There is a construction cut in the road on 17th that is really deep to go over. There weren’t any signs warning of a big bump. The car behind me severely swerved out of the way to miss it. This is move in week, this is a dangerous situation!

Overgrown grass and weeds

The speed limit sign on Longview at the intersection is too close to Pete Ellis. When Transit buses are turning, the side mirror of the vehicle makes contact with the sign if the bus is in its lane. Please move sign further east to alleviate the hazard.

Grass is excessively high and not maintained especially in backyard… rats have been spotted and needs cleaned up
