Maybe the homeowners just don't care that their yard is out of control, trash is still abundant outside and have seen raccoons and opossums lingering around regularly. How can the city compell this residence to actually take action and clean this up.

Property was cleaned by City in 2024. Property is on its way again to be overgrown the entire year with no sign of effort for basic upkeep and removing trash and debris accumulating in driveway.
There is fire hydrant at ~western corner of the intersection of Elliston Dr and Fenway Pl. When you walk by it, it sounds like water is running inside (all the time). I wonder if the valve is not all the way closed... just wanted to report.
streets are iced over and very slippery, S Westplex Ave, W Milieu Dr, and Isaac Dr
There is shrubbery completely blocking a "hill blocks view" sign. Please trim the tree by the sign to allow the warning sign to be visible for traffic cresting this hill.
Potholes in and around intersection of S Pickwick Place and S Valley Forge Road.
I live on the Waterman section of W. 8th Street. A few years ago, before the city repaved our road, there were yellow center lines and also marked roadside parking spaces. When will the city repaint those lines? It has been a few years already. We have an issue of people speeding on our road, which they do by driving down the center of it regardless of oncoming traffic, pedestrians, and bicyclists. I think the speeding was less of an issue back when the road lines were painted because those lines prevented people from driving down the middle of the road like they do now. I think repainting the center lines and the parking spot lines, we could actually solve the speeding problem.
I am the maintenance manager for the The Quarters here at 1521 Isaac Dr. When you are on the property, specifically on Westplex Ave, starting at west 3rd street and spanning all the way to W Milieu Dr, there is an abandoned construction project in the easement that has open holes in the earth that are dangerous to the public and is at this point damage to the grounds and has been an eyesore to the property for months. My concern is primarily safety, as anybody that inadvertently steps into these openings will no doubt suffer injury, but also the ongoing, unfinished work that some contractor was permitted to start and as of yet not returned to complete.
