Storm drainage is an issue here. When it rains, water is entering the basement. Heavy rains back up due to improper grading on 3216 and 3212 S Oaks Ct. Can someone please look into what can be done by the neighboring property owners or the city? Any more information on easements or compliance with original plats would be helpful. Thank you.
The asphalt is coming up around the drain and frequently creates blockages that leaves and other debris easily stack on. Then the drain clogs and floods our driveway and mailbox area.
Culverts and ditches on both sides not draining properly on hilltop of West Arlington.
I live at 812 W 2nd St. My next door neighbor lives at 820 W. 2nd St. Her back yard is overgrown and has containers that fill with water. In warm weather these containers breed mosquitos. I can't even go outside in the summer because the mosquitos are so bad. Also, she won't cut her grass along 2nd St. She says it is flowers, but it is weeds. I have seen rats in there. Also it is a traffic hazard because cars turning on to 2nd St. from Euclid St. can't see oncoming traffic. I am also sending a copy of this email to the State Board of Health in Indianapolis.

Overgrown bamboo at 1002 W 6 St and Elm bending into sidewalks and street obstructing traffic. Bird droppings covering the sidewalk. The invasive plant has encroached on neighboring property where we live at 1004, so we are having to engage removal services and eventually install impermeable barriers at our expense. The back yard of 1002 is overgrown also, feral cats, possum and a skunk have been sited or smelled in a fallen shed which has not been cleared out. The Elm Street side of 1002 is full of debris and overgrowth and there is an unattended stagnant water feature where we hear frogs in the summer (which do attract copperhead snakes). Someone does seem to be inhabiting the house, though we know that the owner of the house does not reside in Indiana presently.

The branch has been there for over a year and the whole has gotten bigger. The frame of the house near the front window looks 'broken.' It looks like the house is falling to the side. The lawn is completely overgrown. It has had zero attention in two years (plus?). It is out of control. There is a van parked at the house. Every now and then the van will be moved from the driveway to the street in front of the house, but it seems like for the most part the house is abandoned. Sometimes some rather shady people come and go from that area but I don't know if they actually go into the house or not.

The yew bushes on the north side of the house on Falcon Drive/Gordon Pike not only are blocking half the sidewalk, but also are blocking the line of site when traveling north on Falcon Drive and approaching Gordon Pike. You cannot see vehicles approaching the intersection that are coming from Wickens St.
