This is one of the sidewalks on my route to school, the library, the grocery story. It is so uneven that I have a very hard time navigating it in my power chair.

West 16th street between Jackson and Madison has not been cleared of snow as of Sunday, February 21st. Our street is routinely used as a shortcut to avoid the light at 17th and Kinser Pike. The north sidewalk between Indiana & N Dunn tends to get extremely muddy and hazardous when it rains or snows, and remains that way for a long time. Maybe the location of 518 is the spot, but I don't know the house numbers; the problem spot is about the 2nd house from Indiana. I have been experiencing this for many years, so this has gone unattended. Another location in which snow removal is never done: the south sidewalk on 6th St., off of Dunn, in front of the 3 houses where students live.

in front of 517 E. Kirkwood (Pot Belly patio & IU offices) there is a row of weeds wedged between the patio base and brick sidewalk. It's been there all summer, and are steadily growing. Not sure who to contact for removal (city, property manager?,IU...) thanks.

The alley behind the Von Lee- our place of business and client entry way is in terrible shape- it seems bad enough that the park is overflowing with the homeless situation/loitering and then the alley is like walking on the moon. Orion properties has left the garbage can on the curb for another full week. Who should these problems be reported to? This reporting platform is ineffective.
