Hello, At 7:30am, someone began jack-hammering the sidewalk immediately outside my apartment window at 222 N College Ave. There are several apartments facing that sidewalk at this location, and it is directly across the street from the Hilton Hotel. In other words, since many people may be trying to sleep in this area, it seems a bit unreasonable to start something so loud before 8am. Thanks for your attention to this matter. The public storm sewer on the side of my house is very much overgrown. The ragweed (which I'm allergic to) is at least 4 feet high. The ditch probably needs to be cleared and widened as well. I reported the widening and talked with city about this almost 2 years ago. We have frequent flooding problems in our back yard.

Street light at the corner of Kinser Pike and Acuff Road blinks on and off at night, in approximately 20 to 30 second intervals. Rather annoying, and could be dangerous.
