In need of parking lines to be repainted in this whole area of apartments behind The Quarters. Parking is at a premium when students are here and the lines are so faint that people park anywhere and take up two spots. Also parking on striped no parking areas and around the curbs. There are also turn lanes downtown that are so faint you can't see which is for going straight or turning. Hope this is on your to do list soon.
van parked on east side of Westplex Avenue has not moved for weeks, has a flat tire on front driver side and an expired plate. White Ford Windstar van with expired handicapped plate D656XY. Students are returning and parking is limited, please get rid of this vehicle.
Patterson Pointe Senior Residence is a smoke free building, however occupants of unit 410 have been smoking in their apartment since they moved in which was July 2024. The occupants are a man and woman, and they both smoke. I live on the same floor; and at time the hallway is foggy with smoke. It is a fire hazard...the management has been told at least 5 times since July, each time she said she talked to them. They have not stopped...The lease is clear that violation of the smoking policy will result in immediate eviction. Please help us with this problem...thank you
Water leaking underground between meter to house.
The street sign at the intersection of East Stephens and Deckard is both bent in half and tilted upward, making it incredibly difficult to read.
