Sorry to complain but the weeds are so high next to the bridge over SR46 that you can't see to turn south on Arlington Rd from West Gourley Pike with out getting into the road. I travel this twice a day.
Pavement repair is going to pieces. Chunks of asphalt are all over the road on top of the bridge. Vehicles are kicking up pieces of asphalt on other traffic. At the very least the pieces need to be picked up and hauled away.
Sidewalk of Bloomington Vetrany Hospital has been unshoveled & unsalted since the first snow storm of this year, forcing me a disabled man, forced to walk in streets.
