Sewer line back-up at 214 S Hillsdale Court, multiple areas of roots in lateral line. That line was cleared by Commercial Service. City Issue: Sanitary sewer manhole cover/pit located in circle perpendicular to 214 Hillsdale Court accessed, multiple roots visualized, will be the next area for clog. In the alley between 3rd and 4th street just west of Rodgers, there is a 2 car garage with multiple oil cans/rags and trash stacked outside. Looks like there is used motor oil leaking into the ground.

My landlord said that the alleyway between 208 and 212 S. Rogers is owned by the city. Would we be able to have it plowed? There's also an alleyway behind the building, running parallel to S. Rogers between 3rd and 4th. Would we be able to have that plowed?

The street light is out and in one passage through this area on college, I saw nearly two different accidents happen. I hope the city will repair the light and remove the 4-way stop ASAP. It is very dangerous.
