School bus drivers are complaining the light barely stays green long enough to get from Oakdale through the light to Basswood or to turn left. This is my 2nd time putting in this request as I was told this light is maintained by the state and I would need to contact INDOT. I did that and they referred me back to you. I understand that you contacted them already, but I can confirm that they are city streets, which INDOT does not maintain. Spot lights are poorly timed going both east away from Curry Pike along Third St and mostly west toward Curry Pike. Please fix and make traffic flow more easily along Third St, especially going west. And also especially at Third and Curry going east after 4 p.m.

The intersection of Moore's Pike and Smith Road is dangerous coming towards the intersection going north on Smith Road. There needs to be a stop ahead sign put out. During Winter we have cars drive into our front yard close to our house from having to slam on breaks to avoid a collision.

The light at 3rd and Wynnedale creates major traffic problems, bringing all of 3rd street to a standstill constantly. I have seen near misses constantly of people impatiently cutting off each other or stopping in the middle of intersections. The light needs to be fixed to facilitate the flow of traffic safely.

Turning left from 11th street to North Walnut. In order to see the south to north traffic on North Walnut it is necessary to edge out into North Walnut in order to see traffic. Cars that are turning left can usually get around your car if you are turning left, however, today a city bus was turning left, there was a car behind me, so I couldn't back up, I tried to move to the right but that didn't work but finally I did back up so he was able to get around me. Therefore, something needs to be done to improve the visibility of the traffic at that corner.

Traffic is horrible on W. Third and W. Second going west to east. We have to go thru parking lots to get anywhere. Or, go all the way to 46. Lanes are closed off and no one is working.
