All four lights are out on the B-line bridge over 3rd Street. The area is unusually dark because the park lot behind the Convention Center has been entirely unlighted since about March.

B-line light 141 is out. And 98 blinks - on, off, on, off. Thank you.
On west side of b line between kirkwood and sixth. This handrail goes up against the very edge of the b line, exactly at handlebar height for cyclists. This is a congested part of the b line where it is often necessary to ride at the very edge of the path. It presents a hazard to cyclists. Engineering standards as well as Bloomington City planning documents indicate there should be a foot and a half "shy zone" clear of obstructions at the edge of the path. At the city budget hearings a few months ago parks and rec director testified to the council that Parks and rec does follow engineering guidelines on the b line however I do not believe this handrail qualifies. Can we please get some safety.
West side of b line just south of sixth street. Planter blocking path, restricting effective width of b line to about six feet. The path was engineered to a ten foot width, and parks and rec director testified to council that b line conforms to engineering standards. Did an engineer sign off on this path width restriction right at its most congested point?
Eastbound automobile traffic on allen st approaching patterson faces a "no turn on red" sign. However, the right turn curb radius there is more than 30 ft, meaning drivers will not only ignore that sign, they will do so at 20mph on a regular basis! Extremely dangerous and frightening for pedestrians in the area. Practically a guaranteed collision for anyone who bikes on the sidewalk there - is that your plan?
the road off lawson is captains way there is no street sign

Street sign for grant st is missing at 7th
There is not a single marked ped xing on Madison (Rogers) between 11th and 17th
Poorly timed traffic lights. maybe it seems like a small problem, and maybe its only noticeable during the summer months, but it seems common that cars are brought up to full speed only to have to stop at the next light while traveling a main route (Walnut, College Mall Rd, and Winslow Rd). It would be spectacular to allow the algorhythm thats used o determine when the lights change to be open source and worked on by IU informatics students. My primary concern stems from fuel efficiency.
