a kickball league appears to be playing at Olcott Park. that's great. the problem is they are parking on the grass along the road inside the park despite the fact that the parking lot is nearly empty. there "no parking" signs that should be enforced. the cars are parked there this afternoon--Sunday at 1:50 pm.

a kickball team/league is using the field at olcott park. cars are being parked in the grass along the side of the entrance road where no patking signs are posted. this is presently occuring at 7:10 pm on Thursday, May 28, 2015.
one of the water fountains by the playground has a constant leak
There are two electronic game displays on the south side of the playground in the park. none of the buttons make any sound like they are supposed to and used to do.

I can't figure out how to turn the lights on in the right hand bathroom at Butler Park, which, incidentally, was the only toilet of the two available. So, I stood there with my foot in the door while my kid peed because he didn't want to pee in the dark.
commode in men's bathroom in bryan patk is running continuously
On east side of b line between Kirkwood and 6th Street. Chicken waddle hangs down into head space about 4 ft from edge of path. This is a relatively congested part of the b line and it is often necessary to detour off the path here to get around a stationary group. i have had close calls with this chicken waddle, and other people have actually hit it with their heads while biking. Now that dave williams is gone could we get a little consideration for safety?
