Abandoned construction signs in sidewalk near 17th&monroe&arlington roundabout
Traffic entering East Moores from Valley Forge can't see oncoming traffic from the west because of foliage. It needs to be cut back to give a clearer view to traffic heading east on Moores Pike.
Bush is over growing and reducing visibility of incoming bicyclists / pedestrians around the corner.
tree over sidewalk
A couple weeks ago cbu dug a hole at 11th&college and abandoned a sign in the bike lane on the south side of 11th just west of college. It moved to the sidewalk, and i reported it as blocking the sidewalk on april 5. Now it has disintegrated and moved back to the bike lane. Its black base is almost invisible at night and poses a mortal danger to cyclists. You wont like where i put it if you dont take care of ot within 24 hours.

It is difficult to see if southbound cross traffic is coming when exiting the mall onto Clarise Blvd. Trees and overgrowth on the northwest part of intersection cause the problem.
Due to there only being a stop sign on Belle Ave. (East/west), drivers consistently speed down Hickory well over the posted limit. In addition, drivers on Belle have a history of not stopping at the stop sign therefore we commonly see near misses or hear screeching tires. While it may annoy some, I feel that a 4-way stop would be much safer here for drivers as well as for any pedestrians.
